Our Story

The name Crew and Keeper proudly originates from two adorable twin Cavalier-King Charles Spaniels. They were adopted by my family in 2010 from a local organization, Rawhide Rescue. Although we adopted them with their names already given, we believe Crew is named because he has a crew-cut tail (no tail at all); and Keeper because he kept his. With drastically different personalities despite being twins, they quickly won our hearts and became the most precious little souls I have ever met.

I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, and in a home passionate about rescue animals. As I got older and continued to learn of the abuse and neglect animals faced, I grew increasingly motivated to make a change. Looking at my boys, I wanted every pet to experience the love they were enveloped in, and it broke my heart to know some animals never would.

Being passionate about art gave me many ideas. I thought it would be incredible to combine my artistic capabilities, my love for animals, and my desire to make a change all together. The idea of designing and selling stickers first came to me in my freshman year of college, with the intent of donating the profits to animal shelters and organizations. It wasn't until May of 2020, in the middle of a pandemic, that I took the plunge.

Now years later, Crew passed away in April of 2022, then Keeper in March of 2023. It's been incredibly difficult learning to navigate life without them, but this business gives me an incredible way to carry on their memory. With every sticker I sell, I get the feeling that they’re still here with me, cheering me on. My boys inspire me everyday to love unconditionally and appreciate all the little things in life. They keep my dream to help animals alive and bright, and I only hope I've made them as proud of me as I am of them.
