How do I place an order?
All orders will be placed through my Etsy Shop or directly through me by means of email or DM on Instagram! You can head to the CONTACT page (javascript:void(0))to send me an email (crewandkeeper@gmail.com) or my Instagram (http://www.instagram.com/crewandkeeper)(@crewandkeeper).
How is my order shipped?
Stickers are shipped in standard 5x7 envelopes with stamps to keep the shipping costs low for you. This means tracking will not be available, but if that is an issue, please contact me. Orders are sent using USPS First Class Mail which takes about 2-6 business days. International orders use USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days).
What is the quality of the stickers?
Each sticker paper material is high quality, but be mindful that they are not indestructible. If you are placing your sticker on a surface that is prone to lots of exposure, the waterproof material is the safest option. If placed on a washable surface, please gently hand wash and DO NOT soak or scrub. The lifetime of the stickers is entirely dependent on how you care for them! If cared for properly, they will last for years to come... I know from personal experience :)
How are profits used?
Unfortunately, Etsy has several fees that prevent me from obtaining 100% of the proceeds. Despite these fees, 100% of the profits received from Etsy deposits are donated directly every month. These profits are the result of the amount of money remaining after all expenses have been paid, such as cost of supplies. Not a penny is ever kept for personal use, as this is a nonprofit business with the primary goal of raising money and awareness for animals. You can keep up with the donations on my Instagram!
If you want to make sure the maximum amount of money is donated, I suggest placing an order directly through me. You can go to the CONTACT page (javascript:void(0))to do so, or DM me on Instagram.
Can I get a refund?
Because I will be donating the profits to animal welfare organizations, this does mean that I will not be offering refunds. If you aren't happy with the design or it gets damaged during the shipping process, please reach out to me. Otherwise, know you are making a purchase for fantastic cause and that you will be helping in many different ways. To find out what the profits go towards, visit the Organizations page.
